要約(日本語): In the Project Management, Risk Management is important area, it is favorable to detect the risk of project in the early project phase. This paper proposes estimation method for risk status in project. It can be considered that subcontractor cooperation, member’s skill, specification fixation, cost satisfaction, participation of customer management is influential factor. The proposed method extracts factors to estimate risk status by quantification method of the first type.
