要約(日本語): The purpose of this research is to measure the absolute displacement of a polished surface using a laser Doppler vibrometer. In addition, laser speckle interference, which is a correlation function utilized in a image processing, was detected using a 377-nm ultraviolet laser and ceramic resonator. Experimental results show that the laser Doppler vibrometer and laser speckle interference's correlation functions are shown to be in close agreement.
