要約(日本語): In this work, we studied the grating-coupled SPR enhanced organic solar cells. The organic solar cells with P3HT:PC61BM and PTB7:PC71BM were fabricated. The grating pattern is produced on the top of the active layer, following by thermal evaporation of Al to obtain Al grating back electrode for each solar cell.
