要約(日本語): Since fluorescence-based biological imaging devices have been required for a long time, we investigated an optimized condition for synthesizing the CdSe/ZnS quantum dot-partially partially reduced half antibody conj and its application to the quantum dot linked immunosorbent assay by using a conventional antigen-antibody reaction. Especially, we introduced two kinds of reducing agents, such as dithiothreitol and 2-mercaptoethylamine-HCl, for obtaining the half antibody immobilized on the CdSe/ZnS quantum dot. Once establishing the reaction condition, the detection limit of IL-6 antigen concentration was 0.5 ng/mL, and this value is low enough for practical applications.
