要約(日本語): Optical waveguide spectroscopy is very sensitive and useful for sensing and evaluating optical property of thin films. This method can be combined with quartz crystal microbalance (QCM), and surface plasmon resonance (SPR) waveguide sensor is also known.Such methods enable to conduct detailed measurements and evaluations of molecular adsorption. In this study, novel QCM waveguide sensor and SPR waveguide sensor were prepared and molecualr adsorptions were investigated.
