要約(日本語): In this research we have designed and constructed a surface plasmon resonance imaging (SPRi) device on smartphones. The principle design of this SPRi device is configured to use a smartphone screen as a light source and front phone camera as a detector. SPRi device calibration is carried out with various concentrations of 0-50% of ethanol solutions with known refractive index. As a result, the SPR signal of the ethanol solution, which is analyzed from SPR images, and their refractive index are linearly dependent. The sensitivity and resolution of this SPRi device are 2635.7 int/RIU and 6.772×10-5 RIU, respectively. Moreover, concentrations of chlorine solution (0.1-10 ppm) with the array of droplets on Au film are also performed.
