We used the methylene blue (MB) dye based on pullulan film to be indicator for detection of AOS. As a result, decolorization is occurring only in a high humidity condition that have the most oxidative OH* is generated. Therefore decolorization in high humidity was caused by the OH*. However, the specific decolorization mechanism has not reported, we aimed to elucidate the decolorization mechanism of methylene blue based on pullulan film due to the OH*.
