要約(日本語): In this study, zinc oxide was used for gas sensor detection film. Laser ablation in liquid, it is a simple and method for producing compound nanoparticles such as metal oxides. The gas sensing characteristics were evaluated by using resistivity change and adsorption mass change due to quartz crystal microbalance method. It was found that ethanol gas detection is possible using nanoparticles produced by laser ablation in liquid.
