要約(日本語): Development of a high performance flexible and large-scale tactile sensor and actuator has been one of the important subjects for robotics and IoT technology, recently. For this purpose, we have examined to develop a thin film material of polymer electrets with high piezoelectric properties. The film was prepared by using electrospinning technique. The quality of the thin film and its piezoelectric properties were dependent on the film deposition condition. By using this unique polymer thin film, high-performance tactile sensors and actuators was examined to be developed.
