要約(日本語): An optosensor based on fluorescence quenching of nanocomposite fluorescence probe was developed for lomefloxacin detection. The fabricated nanoprobe is composed of high sensitivity of quantum dots and excellent selectivity of molecularly imprinted polymer. The fluorescence intensity of nanoprobe was quenched linearly by lomefloxacin from 0.20 to 50.0 μg L-1 and the probe exhibited low limit of detection of 0.11 μg L-1. The developed nanoprobe was successfully detected lomefloxacin in milk, chicken meat and egg samples. Satisfactory recoveries were obtained ranged from 82 to 100 % with RSDs lower than 10%. The results were also in good agreement with HPLC method.
