要約(日本語): The latex allergy is lethal case in allergy patients due to immune system in human against the latex allergens from natural rubber. Therefore, determination of latex allergens in natural rubber products is necessary. For determination of protein in latex, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was employed. The reaction of tetramethylbenzidine and peroxidase enzyme on ELISA were used as colorimetric sensor. In this work, gold nanoparticles (AuNPs), that have strong light scattering and catalytic properties, will be used as substrate for enhancing sensitivity of ELISA for latex allergens. The relationship of AuNP morphology and sensitivity of ELISA will be investigated.
