要約(日本語): 本稿では、アクティブローパスフィルタ及びバンドパスフィルタにおけるOTAの削減手法を提案する。提案する構成手法を用いることにより、アクティブローパスフィルタ及びアクティブバンドパスフィルタを従来回路よりも少ない数のOTAで実現した。シミュレーションの結果、提案手法により構成したアクティブフィルタは、従来のアクティブフィルタとほとんど変わらない周波数特性を持つことを確認した。

要約(英語): In this paper, a novel technique to reduce the number of OTAs in active filters is proposed. A lowpass filter and a bandpass filter composed of OTAs which are smaller in number than conventional circuit are realized by the proposed method. The result of simulation shows that the frequency characteristics of the proposed filters almost accord with the conventional one.
