要約(日本語): 近年、無線通信では、大容量のデータをやり取りするために、高速伝送レート通信への要求が高まってきている。高速伝送レート通信には、高速のDACを用いる必要があり、その単体評価には、幾つか課題がある。今回、高速DACの評価に伴う課題、測定方法について紹介する。

Before we develop the 1-chip transceiver with a function to communicate high speed, it is necessary to evaluate the D/A converter core which comprises the transceiver.We show the low-cost measurement technique of high-speed D/A converter and that effectiveness.
