要約(日本語): A novel superharmonic injection-locked quadrature oscillator is proposed. The proposed scheme makes ashort-circuit connection between two LC oscillators at their source coupled terminals. As a result, a precise anti-phase signal injection is achieved while variations due to additional elements used for injection locking in conventional designs are removed. From statistical simulations, the proposed quadrature oscillator has a lower phase error compared to the conventional designs.
