要約(日本語): 本稿では、LCタンクをアクティブインダクタに置き換え、変換利得を一定に保ちつつ同調範囲を拡大したOscillator Mixerを提案する。MOSバラクタの代わりにアクティブインダクタを用いることでより広い同調範囲を得ることが出来る。また、アクティブインダクタの特性を変化させる際、発振振幅を一定に保つことで、Oscillator Mixerの変換利得を一定に保つ構成を提案した。

要約(英語): This paper presents a wide tuning range oscillator mixer with constant conversion gain by using an active inductor. Active inductorhas wider tuning range than diode varactor and MOS varactor, and smaller active area than spiral inductor. By using active inductor with oscillator, the oscillator mixer’s DC voltage and amplitude change when inductance of the active inductor varies. Therefore conversion gain of the oscillator mixer changes. Then this paper presents a circuit structure without conversion gain changing.
