要約(日本語): FPGAを使用した学生教育用の8ビットマイコンの教育教材を作成したので報告する．本教材は，FPGA上に8ビットマイコンや周辺機器をHDL記述から合成した論理回路を実装した．マイコンの命令実行時の内部レジスタの状態や実行結果などがホストPC上のソフトウェアから確認でき，マイコン入門教材として利用できる．本FPGAマイコンの性能は市販のLSI版8ビットマイコン並みの40MHzであった．

The tool developed on FPGA by synthesizing the HDL provides the states of the microcontroller for instructions on the host PC. Its performance is 40MHz, and that is almost as same as that of an LSI microcontroller.
