要約(日本語): MinimalFabのような少量多品種生産システムの効果的な開発には、設計者自身が試作サンプルを効率よく測定評価することと、SPICEモデルパラメータを抽出することの双方を、迅速かつ安価に出来ることが必要となってきた。そのためには、SPICEパラメータ抽出技術を設計者自身に取り戻して民主化し、知識を共有することが重要である。本報告では、第一段階としてＤＣ特性の主要なパラメータの初期値を測定値から直接推定することに成功した事を報告する。その結果、高価なシステムに頼らずに設計者自身がSPICEモデルの抽出を可能とする指針を得られた。さらに、設計者自身のモデルに対する理解を深めるために、それらの過程をグラフ化を含めドキュメント化した。今後は、最適化プログラムを含めシステムの構築検証を行っていく。

要約(英語): Small volume LSI fabrication is expected to become popular (ex. Minimal Fab). For efficient LSI development, it iscrutially important that designer themselves can evaluate TEG samples and validate SPICE model parameters in a short period of time with minimal cost. For that purpose, it is necessary to democratize SPICE model parameter extraction technology and share design knowledge.As a first step, we have successfully estimated primary SPICE model parameters directly from device measurements. By expanding this technology in this paper, designers can extract SPICE model parameters by themselves without depending on expensive systems. Furthermore, we will show that extraction procedure including graphs can be documented, which helps designers in-depth understandings and share knowledge. Next step is to prototype a system including optimization programs to validate the concept.
