要約(日本語): TDC回路にORIGAMI発振器の応用を考えた。OGIGAMI発振器の発振モードについて、SPECTREにてシミュレーションを行った。その結果、回路工夫により、奇数段で一定の発振モードで動作させることができることを確認した。根軌跡法でこの発振モードについての検証を行うため、ORIGAMI発振器の線形近似した回路について考察した。

要約(英語): To improve time resolution of TDC, ORIGAMI oscillator is used.To find the stable oscillation mode of the oscillator, SPECTRE simulation is carried out, we found the size of inverter plays the important role to determine the oscillation mode.In order to analyze the behavior of the oscillation mode by using the root locus method, the circuit is linearized.
