要約(日本語): 大信号を扱うためにバイポーラトランジスタを利用したログドメイン積分回路が提案されている。しかし標準的なCMOSプロセスではバイポーラトランジスタを用いることができない。また、バイポーラトランジスタを用いることができるBiCMOSプロセスはコストがかさむ。そこで、既存のバイポーラトランジスタを用いたログドメイン有損失積分器と同じ特性をMOSトランジスタとダイオードを用いて実現した回路を提案する。

要約(英語): A log-domain integrator realized by bipolar transistors has been proposed for large-signal processing.Bipolar transistors, however, cannot be used in a standard CMOS process.Although bipolar transistors can be used with a BiCMOS process, the process is costly.In this paper a circuit with the same characteristics of a log-domain lossy integrator using bipolar transistors is proposed by using MOS transistors and diodes.
