要約(日本語): 高周波集積回路の新分野展開と対応技術調査専門委員会では、高周波技術の新しい応用分野ならびに関連するRF IC技術について調査を行った。主として、近年ニーズの高まりつつあるローパワー分野とミリ波＆THz分野を中心に、設計技術とテスト技術を含めた調査を行った。本論文では2014年4月から2017年3月までの活動をまとめて報告する。

The committee has mainly investigated emerging fields such as ultra-low power applications, and mm-wave and THz-range systems, including design and testing technologies. This paper reports the summary of the investigated results for 3 years from April 2014 to March 2017.
