要約(日本語): Compact, flexible, and stable pulsed power sources are expected by gas-discharge applications. Compared with capacitor energy storage, the energy density of inductive energy storage is higher. This paper is to explore the power adding of multiple inductive energy storage circuits. This kind of power adding is characterized by modularity, flexibility and square wave pulse output. A prototype generator has been built in order to demonstrate the principle and practicality of the power adding for inductive energy storage. The initial experimental results have given output voltage pulses near 2kV with pulse width of 40 ns, using MOSFET as opening switch.
