要約(英語): In CIGRE WG D1.14, a study on development of deterioration / performance evaluation method concerning outdoor insulation of polymer material was conducted. B?rsch et al. Proposed the Dynamic Drop Test as a test method that can evaluate the characteristics of hydrophobicity loss easily on a small scale. In this test, an electrolytic solution is continuously dropped on a sample to which an electric field is applied to evaluate the hydrophobicity loss. The authors made a study on the change in water repellency in the Dynamic Drop Test using a common sample of the 4th order silicone rubber of the IEE and report the results.
