要約(日本語): 2010年に国際非電離放射線防護委員会（ICNIRP）の低周波領域におけるガイドラインが改訂されたが，わが国の総務省電波防護指針もICNIRPとの整合化を図る目的から，2015年に刺激作用に関する指針値の一部が改正される．本稿では，接触電流に関し，人体からの静電気放電に伴う過渡電流に対する電撃閾値を示し，人体ESDのIEC静電気耐性試験で規格化された放電電流波形に対する安全性評価を改訂版ICNIRPの手法に則って実施した．

要約(英語): As regards contact currents causing indirect effects of human exposure to electromagnetic fields, we have shown the thresholds of electric shock due to transient currents from charged human volunteers, and have conducted a safety evaluation of discharge currents from human ESD specified in the IEC standard, in conformity with the formula revised in the 2010 ICNIRP.
