要約(日本語): 商用周波磁界に対する国際ガイドラインは磁気閃光現象に基づいて決められている。このガイドライン値は、より低周波（20Hz付近）の知見から外挿したものであり、実験的な証拠に基づいたものではないことから、近年、国際コンソーシアムによるボランティア研究にて、商用周波での磁気閃光現象の閾値解明が検討されている。本報告では、ガイドラインに関わる最近の研究動向について報告する。

要約(英語): International guidelines of power frequency magnetic fields were based on extrapolation from findings of magnetophosphen at lower frequencies, not based on experimental evidence. Some volunteer researches have been conducted by an international consortium, called UTIC, to elucidate the threshold of magnetophosphen. In this report, we present recent research trends related to the guidelines.
