要約(英語): By using a pulse discharge at atmospheric pressure, plasma with high energy and high density can be generated. However, arc discharge that occurs at high voltages and high repetition rates can obstruct pulse discharge. Arc discharge changes the pulse energy to intense light and heat, resulting in a reduction in electrical energy. In this study, we use the LTD generator as the pulse power source and designed a detection and feedback system using the A/D converter to suppress the arc discharge generated in the pulse discharge. It also explains how to detect and suppress arc discharge through a feedback system. The number of arc discharges is reduced, so electrode consumption and energy loss are reduced.
