要約(日本語): 山岳地送電線において，雨氷と推定される着氷現象が確認され，氷が送電線下に落下する可能性があることから，公衆保安確保のため対策手法を検討している．電力線については，磁性材料で作られた融雪用線材を電線に巻付ける方法が既に実用化されているが，架空地線については効果的な対策がないのが現状である．本報告では，考案した２種類の落氷対策品に対し，人工着氷試験および人工着雪試験を実施した結果について報告する．

要約(英語): The phenomenon that ice attaches to a power line in mountains place occurs. Because there is the risk of the ice-falling, we verify protection methods. We devised two kinds of measures against ice-falling from ground wire. In this paper, we report the verification results of the effect of this measures by artificial ice and snow examination.
