要約(日本語): 　絶縁テープは、高低圧配電線路の接続箇所に施設した絶縁カバーのずれ防止に使用されている。導入後５０年程度経過しているが、長期的な性能に関する知見が無かった。絶縁テープの性能劣化により発生する不具合は、充電部が露出してしまうなど影響が大きい。　このため、加速劣化試験による長期性能評価を実施した。
