要約(日本語): 医用工学の自己学習を行うWeb-Learningシステムを開発し，その学習効果を検討してきた．このシステムに他の医療系科目の問題を登録したところ，科目もしくは単元ごとに問題数が同一ではなく，学生の取り組み方にも差を生じた．この結果を踏まえて，医用工学を小単元に分割し，各単元ごとに取り組みやすい問題数とした．新旧のシステムを利用可能として，実習における学生の利用状況を検討した．

The medical engineering system was divided into four sub-sections, hence the students are able to use the system more easily.
