要約(英語): The purpose of the educational activity is reduction of unemployment which originates from the gaps between the expectation which university students would have on the process of job hunting activities and the practical conditions after getting jobs. We focused on the internship programs to connect the students’ consciousness to the practical ones of engineers outside universities. A new characteristic program called “Technology Internship” was developed as a sort of the career education for undergraduate students.
