要約(日本語): LSIレイアウトの学習者にとって現在のレイアウト規則は複雑であり、学習に莫大な時間が必要である。そこで著者は学習者の気づきを促すLSIレイアウトの教育プログラムを開発した。λルールによる簡素なレイアウト規則をベースに、初期の段階で学習者に小さなエラーを体験させ、LSIレイアウトに対する気づきを促す。本発表では教育プログラムの概要とその学習効果について報告する。

I have developed an education program in LSI layout based on the lambda-rule by promoting awareness. Letting experience a small mistake at the first layout encourages awareness of the rules of LSI layout to the learners. I report education program summary and the learning effect.
