要約(日本語): 現在の工業高校には，少子化に伴う入学者減少という入口側の課題がある．また，就業場所を求めて卒業者が大都会へ流出するという出口側の課題もある．これは，就業場所の確保やものづくり人材育成という地域の産業政策上の課題も含む複合的課題である．そこで本研究では，工業高校の校長を対象とした工業教育に対する評価アンケートを実施した．結果報告とともに今後の工業高校における工学教育について知見をまとめる．

要約(英語): This paper describes the present condition of the technical high school from Based on the assessment survey by principals. We are faced with not only the enrollment decline associated with the decrease in birth rate, but the graduates flowing out to the big city in search of workplace. The future engineering education in technical high schools, along with the survey results is reported.
