要約(日本語): 本論文では，高校教員のモチベーションについて自由記述アンケート調査結果を用いて分析を試みた．そこで、モチベーション向上の要因探索のために、調査回答内容を用いて，モチベーションの向上要素と教職経験年数の関連性についての特徴分析を行った．その結果，モチベーション向上の要因を抽出することができた．本論文ではその結果を報告する．

要約(英語): This paper provides high school teachers’ motivation analyses using the result of a free writing questionnaire survey. Then, in order to investigate the motivations’ improvement factor, we conducted the feature analysis about the relevance of motivation and the teaching profession years. As a result, we were able to discover the factor of the improvement of motivation. This paper reports the result.
