要約(日本語): 技術者教育では，信じて任せ，マンツーマン的指導でタイムリーにフォローすることがその力量を飛躍的に伸ばす一つの有効な手段であることから，大学電気工学科の送電，配電，変電に関する講義で，専門内容の教授だけでなく，グループ分けした学生自身に授業を任せることで，主体的学びの喚起，コミュニケーション・プレゼンテーション能力の育成などをも試みた．その結果，概ね良好な結果が得られたので報告する．

要約(英語): Based on the experience of company education, we tried to make students active in the studing and improve thier ability of communication and presentation in a class concerning power transmission, distribution and transformation in addition to teach specialized knowledge. We report the result which was almost satisfactory.
