要約(日本語): 本報告では実行可能な解決力を育成する技術者倫理教育の試みを述べる。学生の解決策を豊富にする試みとして、ヒューマンファクタの4M要因とプロジェクトマネジメントの計画プロセスを適用した。技術者倫理の試験結果と学生の自己評価の相関を調査した結果、傾聴力と問題発見力の育成に有効であったが、計画プロセスで立案した対策を実行するのは難しいと考える学生が多くみられた。

要約(英語): This paper describes an engineering ethic education how to develop students' problem solving to lead viable solutions through group discussions in imaginary scenarios. In order to encourage the students to carry out discussions and device solutions strategies, we used 4M analysis in human factors and planning process in project management. We have analyze the correlation between the test scores in engineering ethics and the pre- and post- self-evaluation results, which were measured by the fundamental competencies for working persons. We conclude that our ethics education is effective for the development of ability to deliver message and detect issues, seems to be difficult for most of the students to perform the planned solutions.
