要約(日本語): A大学とB大学で同一の内容の医用工学講義を実施した．二つの大学間では，カリキュラムの違いから講義時間に違いがある．また開始時期の差により，定期試験既出問題の有無に差がある．両校で同一の定期試験を実施したところ，その成績に明確な有意差があることを確認した．本研究では学生の受講態度等も考慮した分析から，より教育効果の高い講義の手法を提案する．

要約(英語): The lectures of medical engineering on the same curriculum are carried out in A-university and B-university. The lectures between the two universities have the different contents caused by the time schedule. In addition, the past exam questions are known to only the students of A-university because the start period of the lectures on the curriculum are different from each other. The t-tests show that there is a clear significant difference on the same regular exams between the two universities. In this study, the methods of the higher educational effects for medical engineering can be proposed from the analysis of the results or the students' attitudes.
