A project charter (objectives, goals, deliverables, summary schedule, etc.), which is an aspect of project management, was newly applied to the PBL covered in this report. This paper reports on the 3 aspects of the practical content of the PBL, methods of continuous review, and project management, as well as their educational effect and issues.
