要約(英語): The engineering ethics training for electrical construction managing engineers through industry-academia collaboration were designed and implemented. The training was held for the mid-career electrical construction managing engineers in their 30’s and 40’s. In the training, the trainees studied the basic concept of engineering ethics and discussed a trouble example to be possible to occur at the construction work field. For the electrical construction managing engineers acquainted with the real construction fields, the trouble example training was accepted as one of the realistic problems, and engineering ethics training was thought to be useful for them.
