要約(日本語): 平成28年度から、いわき市、IBV推進機構、福島高専が「EV技術者人財育成」を取り組んでいる。今年度、コンパクトな授業内容に変更して、高校1年生からの受講を可能にした。本報ではその成果と課題を報告する。

要約(英語): Since 2016, Iwaki City, IBV Promotion Organization and Fukushima National College of Technology have been working on “EV engineer human resource development”. This year, we changed the course content to a more compact one and made it possible for students to take classes from the first year of high school. In this report, the results and issues are reported.
