At that time, it is important to investigate the history and culture in each area together and to consider the introduction policy in the direction of bringing happiness for human beings. In this paper, based on the published report etc., the authors summarize the contents of investigation about the promotion policy of renewable energy generation in Hawaii, USA, its history and culture, and the examination example in Kauai Island of Hawaii.
