要約(日本語): 本調査専門員会の目的は，電力系統におけるインテリジェントシステムの実用化の現状を把握し，将来的また継続的なインテリジェントシステムの適用に向けた課題の把握とその解決方策を検討することである。委員会では，わが国の電力会社における実用化の現状を把握するため，アンケート調査ならびに現場でのヒアリングを実施した。本報告書は，電力系統におけるインテリジェントシステム実用化の現状についての実態を評価し，まとめたものである。実態評価の対象とした業務には，系統計画，需給運用，系統運用計画，停止計画，系統保護，監視，制御などの幅広い業務が含まれている。本報告書の概要は以下のとおりである。 （1） 実用化されたインテリジェントシステムの要素技術（概要）の紹介。 （2） 計画および監視制御業務での代表的な実用化事例および研究段階にある代表的な事例の紹介。 （3） アンケート調査および現場でのヒアリングの結果，明らかとなったインテリジェントシステムの将来的かつ継続的な導入に向けた課題の整理。 （4） 電力会社，企業，大学などの研究機関，それぞれの立場で検討したインテリジェントシステムの導入促進方策の提言。 本報告書が，インテリジェントシステム関連分野の研究成果について，現場への導入促進の一助となることを願ってやまない。

要約(英語): The technical report includes the results of evaluation on the practical implementation of intelligent systems in power utilities in Japan. In order to clarify the current status of intelligent systems applications and also to wash out the problems for their further implementation to actual power systems, the investigation has been performed through the survey of all the power utilities in Japan and also the hearing at the sites. The investigation covers wider areas of the divisions of utilities including power system planning, power system operation, power system management, power system control and protection, and so on. In the report the strategies and the schemes have been proposed to solve the current problems clarified through the investigation performed by the committee. In addition, the report includes varieties of significant action schemes for the further implementation and future research works on intelligent systems applications from the view points of researchers and engineers, working at utilities, manufacturing companies, and institutions.
