要約(日本語): 近年の工学技術の進歩とともに，医学領域への工学技術の適応が広く行われるようになってきた．特に，心電図計測やCT画像診断等の計測が主であった医用工学分野において，人工心臓，福祉機器，手術支援ロボットのような能動的動作機器の導入が盛んに行われるようになってきた．このような人に密接に関わるいわゆるバイオメカトロニクス領域において，能動的動作機器技術を対象とした医用アクチュエーション工学という新しい工学領域が確立されつつある．医学領域，福祉領域における，アクチュエータには小型，高性能といった高機能化要求，無塵，無潤滑などの対環境要求，高安全という対人要求があり，工業界において発展してきたアクチュエータ技術をさらに進化させ適応させる必要がある． 現時点では，医療，福祉分野において，専用のアクチュエーション技術の研究開発が個々の分野で進められている状態で，医用アクチュエーション技術に関してその実態を広く調査検証されているとは言えない。 以上から，電磁駆動システムを用いた医療機器の産業化に大きく貢献すると共に，新しい医用アクチュエーション工学分野を開拓するために，医学分野，福祉分野に必要な電磁機器を中心としたアクチュエーション技術に関する研究調査を行ったので報告する．

要約(英語): Innovative engineering technology has been applied to the field of medicine in recent years. Although the biological measurements such as the electrocardiogram and CT imaging have been the main objects in the traditional medical engineering field, actively interactive devices like artificial hearts, welfare equipments, and surgical aid robots have been the focus of recent studies. A new field in medical engineering called the medical actuation engineering has been established in the last few years. At present, the research and development in the field of medical actuation technology such as electromagnetic actuator has been performed independently. Investigation and verification of the required design specifications in the field of medical actuation technology have not been carried out yet. In this report, an investigation about the medical actuation technology was conducted.
