要約(日本語): 電力用コンデンサ調査専門委員会では、各種研究調査の一環として、我が国における電力用コンデンサの設置状況、稼働状況及び無効電力配分状況に関するアンケートを10電力会社及び電源開発株式会社の全面的な協力を得て実施してきている。本調査は第14回調査に引き続いて実施し、2004年度末時点での各社の状況に関する貴重なデータを提供頂いた。本報告書では今回調査分を主体に過去46年間における変遷をとりまとめ、大方諸賢のご参考に供したいと考える。 　本報告書は以下、 (1)電力用コンデンサの設置状況 (2)電力用コンデンサの稼動状況 (3)電圧－無効電力に対する考え方 (4)国外製品導入時の準拠規格について (5)電力用コンデンサ及び付属機器についての意見 に分けて記述する。尚、(4)の国外製品導入時の準拠規格については、規格の国際化・標準化への高まりを受けて、今回初めてアンケートを実施したものである。
