要約(英語): This technical report describes the result of the investigation research on recent power electronics in automobiles. Recent advances of hybrid electric vehicle introduced new power electronics technology for automobiles. The investigation of the committee is mainly focused on the power electronic equipment for automobiles. The report expresses recent technology of DCDC converter, device technology, EPS and air conditioner. Technology of power electronics for automobile is essentially the same technology for industry application. However, the technology for the automobile shows unique feature in some aspect because the automobile has strict requirements for its performance. This technical report reviews and summarizes the present status of the power electronics technology for automobiles in view of power electronic equipments.
