要約(英語): Power electronics technology for automobile is undergoing a sudden development with the electrification of automobiles for the aim of carbon neutrality. Not only are BEVs and HEVs becoming more popular, but the number of electric drives installed in ICVs is also increasing. Therefore, power electronics technology for automobiles is expanding and rapidly developing in a wide range of technological areas. And also, automotive power electronics technology is being applied to various types of electric vehicles called e-mobility. This committee conducted survey research on technology trends in on-board chargers, e-axles, e-mobility, and peripheral equipment, with a focus on power electronics for the main and auxiliary equipment of electric vehicles such as BEVs and HEVs. This technical report investigates and summarizes the rapidly developing situation. Power electronics technology has become an essential technology for automobiles, and there is no doubt that it will become a fundamental technology in the future.
