要約(英語): The environment surrounding power systems is undergoing significant changes due to the growing installation of renewable energy generation and electricity system reform. These changes make it increasingly challenging to forecast power flow, adding uncertainty to the planning and operation of power system facilities, and altering the necessary considerations and tasks required to ensure stable power supply. In light of these changes, this Investigating R&D Committee conducted a survey on planning and operational stage-of-the-art technologies for power systems, addressing relevant issues and current efforts in response to the evolving circumstances. Based on the results, the committee revised and reorganized the former Technical Report No. 1100 to facilitate a broader understanding among power engineers, researchers, power system users, and those studying power system engineering.
