要約(日本語): 架空送電設備の保守・保安は，再エネ発電設備の接続に伴う設備の増加や，設備の高経年化などにより，業務量の増加と伴に重要性を増している。また，台風や豪雨，地震といった自然災害が発生するような非常時においても電力の供給は止めることができないため，保守・保安の確実な継続が求められている。一方，作業員の高齢化や新規入職者の減少により，電気保安に携わる人材不足が懸念されており，限られた人材で電力の安定供給を果たしていかなければならない。これらの課題を克服するため，ドローン，センサやカメラ等にIoT やAI を組み合わせて，設備異常の検知や事前予測するシステム等が検討されていることから，最新技術を活用した架空送電設備の保守・保安の高度化について，幅広く調査した。調査結果をもとに，保守・保安業務の高度化に役立つ最新技術として，ドローン技術，画像診断技術，センサ技術，ダイナミックレーティングを目的とした観測技術について紹介する。さらに，衛星画像，LPWA (Low Power Wide Area)，ウェアラブルカメラ・AR (Augmented Reality)，小口径空洞内撮影装置を活用した技術や，今後の導入拡大が期待される電線・架空地線の最新動向についても紹介する。

要約(英語): The maintenance of overhead transmission line is becoming increasingly important. This is due to the growth of renewable energy sources and the age of the equipment. In addition, reliable maintenance continuity and safety are required to ensure that power is not interrupted during emergencies such as typhoons, torrential rains and earthquakes. On the other hand, there are concerns about a shortage of electrical safety personnel due to an ageing workforce and a decline in the number of new recruits, and the need to provide a stable power supply with a limited number of staff. To overcome these challenges, systems such as those that combine drones, sensors and cameras with IoT and AI to detect and predict equipment failures in advance are being explored. Our committee has extensively researched advances in overhead transmission line maintenance and security using these latest technologies. Based on the results of the survey, our committee presents drone technology, image diagnosis technology, sensor technology and observation technology for dynamic rating as the latest technologies useful for improving maintenance and security work. We also cover the latest developments in satellite imagery, low power wide area (LPWA), wearable cameras, augmented reality (AR) and small-diameter cavity imaging system, as well as conductors and ground wires that are expected to increase their use.
