要約(英語): In previous papers, the Vernier magnetic gear, which has a continuously variable gear ratio, was proposed and its transmission torque and dynamic characteristics were described. In this paper, the role of the auxiliary teeth will be described using FEM analysis; in particular its role in decreasing the cogging torque and increasing the transmission torque.
