要約(日本語): 本稿では，筆者が長年従事できた電力用避雷器に関する技術展開と工学教育関連をベースにして，東日本大震災前までの電気学会活動の認識把握を行い，これに電力エネルギー・発電電力への再認識を意図しての2011.3.11大地震・巨大大津波発生後のWebからの筆者の峻別情報による原子力・電気エネルギーをめぐる状況を求め，そして送電線への雷撃現象と大地震・巨大大津波の侵入現象を比較して述べる。

要約(英語): In 2011.3.11，large disasters of East Japan’s record tremendous Earthquake M9・Tsunami have rewound to Japan．The conventional sense of power & energy has changed. It is important to grasp the IEEJ trends，and to know present state of power & energy in Japan. This paper describes constructed state of IEEJ through typical IEEJ papers before large disasters of East Japan，present circumstances after large disasters of East Japan using paper’s information and author’s review of selected Web information for electric power energy and nuclear power plants，and the comparison of natural lightning phenomena on transmission lines and the invasion of tremendous Tsunami sea water wave on nuclear power plants.
