要約(日本語): 本報告では，電力システムと分散形電源の関わり合いについて論ずる。そこではまず電気事業の黎明期における分散形電源による電力システムが集中型電源ベースのシステムとなった経緯を述べるとともに，1980年頃から始まる分散形電源の見直し，1990年代からの再生可能エネルギ電源の急増について論ずる。そこでは規模の経済との相克や再エネ電源r大量導入時の技術課題についても触れる予定である。
