要約(日本語): For efficient operation of Microsystems such as micro actuators, they require operating with high applied electric field through electrodes separation which exposes these systems to high risk of breakdown. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate the electrical discharge characteristic through micro gap. In this paper, the V-t characteristic of electrical discharge through micro gap is investigated by regarding gap distance and polarity effect. In addition to V-t characteristic, V-d characteristic of micro gap is also measured in atmospheric pressure air .The photo from propagation of electrical discharged has been taken by ICCD camera.
